Our high grade commercial sealer is fortified with rubber additives and acrylic binders for heavy traffic.
Silica sand for traction is included as well.​
The quick set additive cuts drying time in half.

Our custom blended sealer provides a distinctive new looking surface that is skid resistant, long lasting, easy to clean, meets and exceeds federal government specifications!

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLACK & GRAY !!​

OUR PRODUCT

1.  All pavement areas are to be clean and free of debris by means of trimmers, blowers,        shovels, brooms, etc.
2.  All cracks are to be filled with rubberized crack filler.
3.  Oil stains are pre-treated with a special enhance formula.
4.  Patch work and pot holes are addressed. (additional fee applies)
5.  Pavement seal coating begins with 2 coats of our high grade commercial sealer.
6.  Sealed areas are blocked by cones, caution tape, etc., to prevent driving for 24                 hours.
